Gay Games VIII Anti-Doping Policy
The FGG is pleased to have received the authorization from the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) to use its Athlete Outreach Model.

IMPORTANT: Note that while the Gay Games VIII Anti-Doping Policy follows WADA protocols in terms of
- List of prohibited substances
- Sample collection
- Sample analysis
It offers more flexible measures for medical exemptions. All substances prescribed by your doctor are allowed.
To benefit from this measure, you must be able to provide a completed medical form during the Gay Games VIII available HERE.
Do be especially careful about over-the-counter medications, nutritional supplements, and “natural” products, which can generate a positive test result, but for which no medical exemption is possible.
