Dear Gay Games VII Participant: This is a REMINDER!

PLEASE NOTE: Because of the popularity of the Survey (~1000) as of Sunday 11 March, the dynamic feature of seeing the results after taking the survey must be disabled as it is causing server access problems. At the end of the survey 31 March, there will be a document published version(THIS IS IT!).

The Federation of Gay Games invites you to participate in our satisfaction survey regarding Gay Games VII in Chicago.

Your answers will guide us in generating future polls of a more specific nature.
Best of all, your input will HELP PLAN THE FUTURE OF THE GAY GAMES!

Our survey after Sydney's Gay Games VI helped the FGG and Chicago's organising committee achieve new successes in a number of areas.
We also know there are areas that can be improved.
Without going into further detail lest it affect the results, we eagerly await your feedback to help our new partners in Cologne (Koeln) create an outstanding Gay Games VIII in 2010.

Please follow the instructions below to participate in the Gay Games VII Participant Satisfaction Survey.

1. This is your personal survey and it can only be used from the e-mail address where you actually received this survey.
Do not attempt to forward this e-mail survey to other accounts or computers.
It will not work.
If you know of any Gay Games VII participants who did not receive this survey, please have them e-mail:
GG7Survey-Comments@gaygames.org .

2. You will receive a duplicate e-mail towards the end of the survey period (the deadline is 31 March 2007).
This is both a reminder and a double-check for those who may have lost their first e-mail about the survey.
If you already took the survey you can DELETE the duplicate e-mail.

3. You will only be able to take this survey once.
If you make a mistake, please write to:

in order to have a replacement survey e-mailed to you.

4. Keep your Survey Ballot URL LINK in the cover e-mail (the Internet address that begins http://www.gaygames.com/eVoteNew/hold/ ... ).
After you fill out your Survey Ballot, click "Post this survey now" at the bottom.
Your Survey Ballot URL LINK can then be reused to see the raw results of the survey as they occur (without names and e-mail addresses of course).

6. The survey has been expanded since Sydney's Gay Games.
There are 54 questions but not all will apply to you.
Some questions have Comments fields up to 255 characters to expand your answers.
Anecdotes and opinions are very helpful.

7. "Prefer not to answer" is included in each question as a default response.
It can mean "not applicable" -- for example, if you were a Cultural participant only and did not receive the Sport participant handbook.
It can also be interpreted to mean "I don't know".
